YouTube sensation and youth icon Ranveer Allahabadia aka BEERBICEPS is all set to hit 3 million subscribers in both of his youtube channels and what better time to interact with him to know how he makes it big. Not only he has an incredible influence on YouTube but also has made a major impact as an entrepreneur. His company Monk Media is getting greatly appreciated everywhere.
We are glad to say that Torch Herd media got the privilege to interact with Ranveer and get his insights on how he is making it big in this competitive environment. Ranveer is one of the most influential people in India and we believe that his suggestions for youngsters are going to add so much value in their life. During our interaction with Ranveer, we discussed a few points and tried to get some crucial guidance for students and young content creators regarding how they can be more productive and focused and his response was as brilliant as his influence on everyone.
The right track for young content creators:
When asked about how young content creators can develop their brand and do better in their work Ranveer said ‘ The best advice that I can give to them is to use social media more often. The best advice that I got is is to start and put out your content on social media. I know a few people who have grown their brands during the lockdown only. They did that because they stayed consistent with their content and that is what they are serious about. No matter what your content is. Whether it is written, it is videos, pictures or whatever, your brand and your name are going to grow only when you put it out on social media. Social Media is the best channel in the universe right now so utilize it as much as you can’.
Ranveer’s approach to staying focused on the goal:
Ranveer is well known for his growth as a brand as well as an individual and he is one of the ideal examples of how wonders can happen if you are focused enough. Ranveer shared one of his very effective habits. He said ‘One gamechanger moment for my personal growth journey is when I started meditating regularly. Especially focus is one of those muscles in your mind that can be worked through the process of meditation. So, meditation is something I genuinely recommend.’
He added ‘Another thing is focusing on my sleep. Not just the total duration of the sleep but also sleep quality. I sleep in a dark room and I try to keep it as quiet as possible. I don’t eat near my bedtime. I don’t exercise near bedtime and honestly, if you want to gain more focus then this is how you do it. This approach is going to help you in the long term.’
Breaking stereotypes and dominating all the challenges like Ranveer Allahabadia
Ranveer is working tirelessly in generating awareness about the benefits of having a good lifestyle and it can be seen in a lot of his videos. He tells everyone about the impact of keeping a good routine. But like everyone else Ranveer also goes through ups and downs and when we asked him about how he handles all the hurdles that come in the way then he had his views pretty clear on it. He said ‘ I’ve always had this mentality of thinking of the next thing irrespective of what we’ve achieved. Whether or not a content piece has done well or badly, I just keep thinking about the next projects. I enjoy the applause for like 15 minutes but then start thinking about what’s next.’
He told that a similar approach he follows with his team as well. This what’s next culture is followed not just in terms of content but also in terms of business as well. We always keep on thinking about what next we can do in order to grow. He added ‘ Do not settle for what you’ve grown so far. Some people might consider it a harsh mentality but this is something that has worked for me and my team and this is what I suggest.’
The interview was taken by our founder and Editor in Chief Rahul Haripriya.
